Charity Golf Tournament
We are hosting this golf tournament to bring our community together in support of local cancer care and research. All net proceeds will go directly to advancing the work of the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre and the Hudson Regional Cancer Centre, helping to strengthen cancer research, improve treatment options, and enhance patient care close to home. This event is about honouring those impacted by cancer while making a tangible difference in the lives of patients and families through continued innovation and support - guided by their slogan, “Keep life wild.”

Shotgun Scramble Format
Kick off the morning with an 8:00 AM registration, giving teams time to check in, grab a coffee, warm up on the range, and get ready for the day ahead before a 9:00 AM shotgun start.

At 9:00 AM sharp, all teams tee off at the same time from different holes across the course. In this scramble format, every player hits a shot, the team selects the best one, and everyone plays from that spot.
Repeat until the ball is in the hole.
​
It keeps the pace fast, the pressure low, and the experience fun, making it the perfect format for golfers of all skill levels. Whether you're there to compete or simply enjoy the day, every shot counts and every player contributes!

**Refund & Cancellation Policy**
This Charity Golf Tournament is a **rain-or-shine event** and will proceed as scheduled unless the golf course is closed due to unsafe conditions or circumstances beyond the organizers' control.
All registration fees, sponsorships, and donations are collected in support of our charitable fundraising efforts and will be donated to the designated charity. As a result, **all registrations, sponsorships, and donations are final and non-refundable.**
If a registered golfer is unable to attend, a substitute participant may take their place with advance notice to the event organizers.
In the event that the tournament must be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the organizers' control, every reasonable effort will be made to reschedule the event. Registration fees, sponsorships, and donations will continue to support the charitable cause and will not be refunded.
